Los Angeles, CA -- Even as companies start hiring again, the uncertainty of today’s economic situation is taking its toll on morale. Marco Rosenthal, 53, is the COO of Totally Top Tier Temps, Tarzana. “Everyone’s feeling the pinch right now,” Marco said, “It’s hard seeing employees worrying how long they’re going to have a job, or if they can afford insurance. And that anxiety affects their performance.” That is why Marco, like so many other companies, has hired Teamworkers Inc. to give his employees a jolt.
Buddy Scott, 28, has worked for Teamworkers as a “Productivity and happiness maximizer” for two years. “What I do,” Buddy said, “Is I get in front of a group of people, and I inspire them.” Buddy gave his lecture to the employees of T.T.T.T.T.
“What you need to do,” Buddy said to an office full of attentive temps, “Is work together. Only then, can your synergy be upwardly motivated to promote total potential earning possibilities. And I think you can do it. I’ve been to a lot of offices, and most of them are hopeless. Not you. When I look at all of you, I see a group that can work together to laterally incentivize positive brand recognition viral marketing twitter.”
T.T.T.T.T. and Teamworkers aren’t unique. Recent estimates by the Department of Commerce indicate that motivational speakers, teamwork enhancers, and synergy generatorial committees have seen a 280% increase in business over the last five months.
Marcy Lindman, 65, a human resources administrator at the Pittsburgh branch of Burke & Harriet Meat Processers, attended an “inspirational symposium” at her company’s main offices, hosted by Mobilize Your Dreams, Ltd. “It was a fantastic experience,” Marcy gushed, “The speaker was so energetic, he was literally buzzing with energy. My horizontal maneuverable virtual conductibility has never been more fluid.”
The spike in business for motivational speakers is not expected to diminish any time soon. “As long as they can keep providing a cheap sustainable source of synergy, they’ll always have business,” said Yul Chen, Professor of Renewable Marketing Resources at Beijing University, “but synergy is a self-perpetuating energy. As soon as businesses have enough of it to reach [a] critical mass, they will no longer need motivational speakers to realize their top most projected abilities glass ceiling catchy jingle.”
While the future of the motivational speaking business is still uncertain, things are looking well in the short term.
